1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Namaste Guruji website or booking a tutor through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Namaste Guruji is a home tutoring platform that connects students and parents with verified tutors across Maharashtra. We facilitate the matching process but are not directly responsible for the academic outcomes of individual tutoring sessions.
3. Demo Session Policy
The first demo session is offered free of charge. Regular sessions are charged as per the plan selected. Fees are to be paid in advance for each month or as agreed upon with your tutor coordinator.
4. Tutor Code of Conduct
All tutors listed on Namaste Guruji are expected to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and respect towards students and parents. Any violation should be reported to us immediately.
5. Tutor Replacement
We offer free tutor replacement if you are not satisfied with your assigned tutor. Requests for replacement must be raised within the first two sessions.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled. Refunds for prepaid sessions are processed within 7 working days upon written request to our support team.
7. Limitation of Liability
Namaste Guruji shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vasai, Maharashtra.
